There's just too many places around with better food, views, rooms, staff etc. This has become the place to stay for basically the trashiest people on the coast.
For this room that barel qualified as a place I'd stay in an emergency, they first held $100 from my account, then when I left added a resort fee on it which was never mentioned.
The elevators smelled of rotten seafood and the staff was little help. When we got in it there were scuffs, dust, scratches and holes all over the walls and furniture and the window was so dirty you could hardly see out. Both times were bad enough to just stay away. This is the second time I've stayed at one. I will never stay at another Harrahs again.
